
Stress is something we have to learn how to manage and you can learn, too! This is a kids book about stress. Have you ever said, "I feel stressed," or, "That is stressing me out!"? Stress is an experience every human has but there are techniques we can learn to help us manage it in our lives. This book was made to help kids aged 5-9 recognize when they leave a calm place and enter one of stress, and how to manage stress when that happens.
