
Step 1. On a gradual downhill slope, pull on each brake for 20 to 30 seconds, alternating between front and rear. Repeat this 2-3 times.Step 2. On a steeper incline, apply and pull the brakes for 10 to 15 seconds, then increase the pressure on the lever until the bike slows down almost to a complete stop.
