welbach TIG AC/DC Welder - 200 A - Duty Cycle 40 % - LCD - digital - pulse ENTRIX 200D

Use this versatile welder for aluminium, steel, stainless steel, or copper, with both AC and DC current, and for welding thicknesses of 0.5 - 5 mm, as needed for your project. Easily set welding parameters and current up to 200 A via the LCD screen, with languages like English, German, French, and Swedish preinstalled. With just a few buttons and a rotary control, you can regulate all values effortlessly. This way, you can achieve precise, show-stopping welds every time! The modern IGBT inverter allows you to quickly switch between TIG DC, TIG AC, and stick welding methods. Welding with up to 200 A allows you to handle most metals with ease – no matter the circumstances. Use the pulse function for optimum welding results. Dial the pulse frequency to 200 Hz for arc stability under any circumstances. Adjust the pulse function parameters, like starting, base, and end current, then use the control dial to make finely tuned adjustments depending on the workpiece. The ergonomically designed welding torch allows you to work from any angle – vertical, horizontal, or overhead – while achieving high-quality welds with minimal sparks or splatter. The state-of-the-art IGBT inverter allows you to easily switch all parameters, whether it's switching from AC to DC or selecting 2-stroke or 4-stroke operation. High-frequency ignition ensures a reliable arc start. Do you want to weld outdoors, even in strong winds? Then the manual metal arc welding (MMA) method is what you're after. With up to 200 A of stable current, you can achieve excellent welding results on a variety of metals such as steel, iron, cast iron, nickel, or copper. For the best results, make use of the hot start and Arc Force functions. The hot-start function provides a brief increase in welding current at the start, ensuring stable and clean welding from the outset. Using the Arc Force function, you can regulate the arc to adapt it to the material to be welded and the desired density of the weld. For arc welding, use the supplied electrode holder for electrodes with a diameter of 1.6 - 4 mm. Note: This product is supplied without a mains plug.
